AGCRA Awards processing is back online at AGCRA.com.
As we are continuing to work on adding improved automation to our awards process, the current procedures for AGCRA Awards follow:
1. Submitting an AGCRA Award Nomination.
a. The award nomination form can be found at the link HERE. Please download this .pdf Form; do NOT open it in Google Drive.
b. Active membership information can also be acquired by emailing Membership@agcra.com.
c. Please ensure all blocks are completed on the nomination form to the best of your ability, and then email to Awards@agcra.com.
d. When there is a local, active Chapter, all awards processing must go through the Chapter President or Senior VP for approval of a COL Robert L. Manning Achievement Medal, or the Chapter President's (or Senior VP's) endorsement of any other AGCRA award. If there is no local, active Chapter available, then the senior AG Soldier or senior Civilian HR leader in the area will endorse the award nomination form and then forward it to Awards@agcra.com. Note - the senior AG Soldier or senior Civilian HR leader in the area can ONLY endorse an AGCRA award recommendation.
2. Upon the National Executive Council's award approval or the Chapter President's approval of a COL Robert L. Manning Achievement Medal, a payment link will be sent to the recommender in order to purchase the medal set within the Sutler Store on AGCRA.com. Please DO NOT purchase the medal set until the payment link is sent.
3. Shipping of Awards.
a . Awards will be shipped to the name of the individual on the Sutler Store purchase request (no exceptions).
b. Domestic shipping to the lower 48 states for awards is already included within the medal set price shown in the Sutler Store.
c. Shipping awards to Hawaii, Alaska, or other OCONUS locations may incur an additional shipping cost depending on location.
