This edition of 1775 is dedicated to ―The AG Team, The Army’s HR Professionals‖. As the Army conducts its review this year of our collective ―Profession of Arms‖, it behooves all AG Soldiers and civilians to take time to reflect and consider the Army‘s HR Community as the force‘s HR Professionals. After nine years of persistent conflict we need to look at the foundations of our AG / HR profession, our professional ethic and culture, how we connect our HR expert knowledge to our profession, in addition to looking at leader development systems. We will attempt to start this review in this edition of 1775. We hope you enjoy this edition and we solicit your comments and feedback at magazine@agcra.com.
